Refund Policy – ST Promotion LLC

At ST Promotion LLC, we take pride in the quality of our work. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and the process for requesting one.

1. Monthly Management Fees

Monthly management fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun and work has commenced. If you cancel your services before the start of the next billing cycle (with the required 14-day notice), no further fees will be charged.

If services have not yet commenced after payment, a full refund will be issued upon written request within 5 business days of payment.

2. Consultancy Sessions

Consultancy sessions are prepaid and non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session.

Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full credit toward a future session or full refund
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 50% credit toward a future session; no cash refund
No-show (no notice): No refund or credit will be provided

3. Setup Fees

One-time setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun. If you cancel prior to setup work commencing, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at info@stpromotionllc.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review your dispute and respond within 5 business days. We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

5. Ad Spend

ST Promotion LLC does not manage or hold your ad spend budget. Ad spend is billed directly by Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other platforms to your advertising account. We have no ability to refund ad spend, as this is governed entirely by the respective platform's policies.

6. Service Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to addressing concerns and making things right. In cases of demonstrated service failures on our part, we may offer partial credits or remedial services at our discretion.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
